Returns/Refunds

  • We currently do not offer refunds for items purchased.

If you believe you were shipped an item in error, or would like to exchange an item for a different size, please send an email to hello@bixbyclothingco.com (include your name and order details in the email) and we will contact you with a solution. All return shipping must be paid by the buyer. Please see below for more information on exchanges.

 

Exchanges

Email us at hello@bixbyclothingco.com with your name, order details, and the new size desired. [All purchases for “Sale” items are final and cannot be exchanged.]

  • Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of your shipping date.
  • Return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Clothing must be returned in same state it was received. That means if there were stickers, tags or other items attached to the clothes, they must still be there when returned.
  • The new style or size you desire is not guaranteed
